The munich fabric start was a great success for Koppermann. The fair – which took place from the 2nd to the 4th of February in the M,O,C centre in Munich – was a good occasion not only to catch up with existing customers but also to introduce our software to new designers. The Koppermann team would like to thank all visitors for investing their time in Koppermann.

01/10 - Koppermann at the Partnership Congress in Frankfurt on February 25th 2010

At the Partnership Congress in the Steigenberger Airport Hotel in Frankfurt (on the Main) on February 25th 2010, the retail industry will discuss how store partnerships between the industry and retail work in practice. The Congress is organised by TextilWirtschaft and BTE. Koppermann will be exhibiting at the Partnership Congress - the most important industry event dealing with the subject of verticalization in the fashion industry.

12/09 - Koppermann Releases Windows 7 Compatible TEX-DESIGN™ Version

We are proud to announce the immediate release of a new TEX-DESIGN version that is Windows 7 compatible.

TEX-DESIGN version 7.0.231 has been approved for use in the new Windows 7 Ultimate, Professional, and Enterprise operating systems. An installation for Windows 7 64bit is also available and, of course, the new TEX-DESIGN version will still flawlessly function in the Windows XP OS.

As a “Christmas Treat” we have addressed the long standing customer demand to redesign the Pen & Stitch Editors. You will find an overview of the new stitch and pen editors as well as the other new functions that have been added to TEX-DESIGN version 7.0.231 in our "New Functions Booklet" (0,5MB PDF file).

11/09 - Falke Optimizes Product Development Using Koppermann Software

The Schmallenberger Falke Group, a manufacturer of apparel, stockings, and functional sportswear, has concluded their search and has selected Koppermann’s software solutions TEX-DESIGN™ and TEX-STORE™ for their product development process. The goal of the project was to enhance the transparency of their entire product development process, to facilitate procedures, and to visualize their creative ideas quickly and precisely using one integrated system.

Utilizing a comprehensive selection process to evaluate all their product development requirements the project team, under the management of James Buckley, CEO of Falke Fashion and Head of Design of the Falke Group, the project committee unanimously decided in favor of Koppermann’s TEX-DESIGN and TEX-STORE:

“The total integration of their software systems and the process-oriented mindset at Koppermann impressed us very much. TEX-DESIGN and TEX-STORE, although independent solutions, work hand in hand to allow you to design your collection based on the floor space available. The Burlington division of Falke has already started using the Koppermann software with the Fall/Winter 2010 collection. The rest of the company will begin using TEX-DESIGN and TEX-STORE initiating with the Spring/Summer 2011 collection.

09/09 - Impressive Shop Presentations for Intersport

Intersport, one of the largest groups in the specialized area of European sporting goods and apparel, opted for Koppermann’s Software Tex-Store to optimise its Visual Merchandising.

As Intersport’s Head of Store Construction/Merchandising, Volker Behrendt’s future goal is to enable his associates to use Tex-Store to create store layouts and merchandise presentations focused on the product as well as the product presentation. Until now his team did not have the ability to visualize their ideas on the merchandised selling floor.
